Billing Statement: All charges to your card will show as being from GermProof Inc on your billing statement.
Shipping: We ship after payment is in, the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship by USPS. Approximate delivery times after the shipment is sent out is 2-7 days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for international orders.
Refunds and Returns: If your order has not shipped, your order is fully refundable. If it has shipped and you change your mind, we will accept it back only if it is not opened and still sealed in the original packaging. We will send you a return shipping label that is prepaid. You will mail it back to us and be refund on the product price only, we do not refund the shipping cost from the original order and we will also deduct the cost of the prepaid return label from your refund. All refunds must be first authorized. Please allow up to 72 hours for refunds to show on your card statement.
We will replace damaged product that is deemed defective before using, we reserve the right to deem what is defective. If you feel your product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturer defect or because of shipment, you may contact us by email at info@germproof.com or call 1-888-559-22GP.
Do not ship returns to our corporate address, they will be rejected if you do. For a return request you must contact us first for authorization. We will then send you a prepaid return label if your return is authorized. Reach us at info@germproof.com
